About Memory Lane Collective

Memory Lane Collective started from a simple brainstorming session between me and my partner. She came up with the idea of starting a photo booth business, and with my background in photography and a career in tech, I felt it was a perfect fit.

A Personal Photography Journey

I first got into photography as a hobby, capturing moments with friends and exploring street photography. There was a time I took a photo every single day for a year in the city as part of a personal challenge. You can see some of my work on Instagram @belnza.

Combining Tech and Creativity

I currently work as a software developer, so building this website, setting up our business domain and email, and creating the technical infrastructure for Memory Lane Collective was entirely done by me from scratch. It's important for me to blend creativity with technology to create a seamless experience for our clients.

Sharing Memories

I view my photography as my personal memory lane, and Memory Lane Collective allows me to share that philosophy with others. Growing up, visiting family and relatives often meant stumbling across photo albums on display — something you'd commonly find in homes back then. Now you rarely see it. Everything has gone digital, and people are usually on their devices rather than gathering around a shared collection of memories. Social media can fill that gap to an extent, but it's limited — people only post select images. That's where Memory Lane comes in — a dedicated, curated space where every moment from your event is preserved and ready to be revisited, the way a photo album once was.

Thank you for trusting us to capture and be a part of your special moments.
