These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Memory Lane Collective ("we", "us", "our"). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 21 days prior to the event date.
Failure to make full payment by the due date will result in cancellation of services without refund of deposit.
We reserve the right to charge reasonable late payment fees on overdue amounts.
For last-minute bookings (within 21 days of the event), full non-refundable payment is required within 24 hours, unless an alternative arrangement is made in writing.
2. Travel & Surcharges
Travel within a standard service radius may be included in your package.
Events outside our standard service area may incur additional travel fees.
Surcharges may apply for public holidays, peak seasons, extended hours, or special venue requirements.
Any additional fees will be communicated prior to confirmation of booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing.
All payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, we may make reasonable considerations for exceptional circumstances.
Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the event date will be eligible for credit, valid for use within 12 months.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide adequate space, safe access, and a stable power source for equipment setup.
Ensure the venue permits the use of photo booth equipment.
Ensure guests behave appropriately around equipment.
Provide weather protection for outdoor events.
5. Equipment & Damage
All equipment remains the property of Memory Lane Collective.
The client is responsible for damage caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the event.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged where damage occurs due to negligence or misuse.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain copyright in all photographs, videos, and content produced.
Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to download and share images.
Commercial use of images requires prior written consent.
7. Online Galleries
We will provide clients with access to an online digital gallery platform, referred to in our context as “Memory Lane”. Memory Lane is designed to serve as a digital album where clients and their guests can view, download, share, and revisit event memories.
Each service package includes a designated gallery availability period, which will be specified at the time of booking.
Subject to storage capacity and platform availability, Memory Lane may retain galleries from the client’s past event(s) as part of our ongoing digital album experience.
The continued availability of galleries beyond the designated period is not guaranteed and may be modified, archived, or removed at our discretion.
Clients are encouraged to download and retain copies of their images for personal safekeeping.
We are not responsible for third-party sharing, redistribution, or misuse of images once they have been downloaded or publicly shared.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for power failures, venue restrictions, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your booking will be the version in effect at the time of confirmation.
